Brimstone update - THE SPRIGGAN HAND EXISTS!
Just dropped for someone in our party after about 10 runs, i get 1 shard, 1 lego, and the named necklace while we were there.

Not impossible, but stupidly hard (in terms of DPS--survival is easy). The way I did it was with a tank in full voidbent, a fire DPS, a healer, and 2 hatchet DPS. All must used infused coatings and stay way from the sides or else he will have the retreat bug where runs to the middle and full-heals. Both myself and the other hatchet DPS had angry earth bane on our weapons (not sure about the others). Mine also had a gem to convert damage to fire. Basically, if you want to beat it you have to go all out as far as min-maxing goes.

Currently impossible to beat, his healing mechanic is too strong. Hopefully next update he'll be easier.

This is the boss for the Spriggan Arena, located right outside of Malevolence in Edengrove. Requires the Monoecious Orb to access. You can get a free orb ONCE from a quest line in Edengrove. Afterwards, you'll have to craft it.
The boss has a lot of health, but similar mechanics to the middle boss in Garden of Genesis. More of a dps check than anything. Fire staffs, slash damage, tinctures/ward potions, and a good healer. Gear Score 520+ for easier run, 550+ and you should be golden. You have 15 minutes to kill it.
