If you want engineer shoes, dont wear luck. If you will look into drop table, shoes and musket are on most LEFT side. Luck boosts item drops from RIGHT side of the drop pool making LEFT side less common (previously they were putting more rare drops on end of the list, up from some time they put them randomly making luck work weirdly). 0 luck means biggest chance for these first items in drop tables. Luck also does not increase amount of items dropped. If you will get drop triggered with full luck then you will get more often rolled crafting materials which are at end of the list instead of for example engineer shoes or musket.

In NW:A, about a 2 minute respawn. And it took me about a minute to kill him solo as a Flail/LS. He's tanky and has wolves. Doesn't always drop a bag.

No luck items just bags and x3 major loot luck trophy.

~50 kills total, neither notable named drop dropped. Initially had a lot of luck, swapped to lower luck around 35 kills or so because sometimes the crafting gearsets drop more with lower luck. Didnt matter, dude just doesnt drop a bag like 70% of the time.

I guess I would already have multiple pairs of shoes if my level was below 60.
Btw. the monster with its cc abilities is just as annoying as everything else in this unfinished game.

I am able to easily solo this with a heavy armor (void bent set) great sword with trenchant recovery for health recovery; 300 str + 200 con for avoiding stuns. Easy fast kills; stand near chests for agroing only 1 dog.
Also, luck gear I think for this mob is important as it does not drop bags when not with decent luck. I currently have 3 major trophies, luck food and void-bent luck x5, and almost getting a bag every 2nd time.

this boss little bit hard because so much stun and he is spawn with wolf, carefull solo kill.

Pull dogs first with ranged and kill them then fight boss. easiest way imo

If you dodge attacks, then the easiest boss. Spawn is very fast. Even less than 30 seconds. than written below. Mushek fell out on the 2nd and 5th attempts. Engineer's boots on about 10th try. Respawn is less then 30sec usually , i got both drops pretty quick(less then 10kills)

this is incorrect. The shoes are in three loot tables and in all three tables the shoes are most right (if it means that to get into these tables you need maximum roll)
