27 hours later over 3 days, still no drop. Seen other people get it in their first couple attempts, but still no drop for me. Be prepared to suffer if you want it that badly.
*Edit: total of 30 hours, I finally got the drop.

Droped it after about 1 hour of farming the boss

2 day farm (4hr each) while trying to get Archmagister's Piscatory Ring. after mine dropped a 2nd one was dropped on the next kill to someone else. didnt see it drop again for another day and a half.

Don't need luck for this drop. Just kill the boss as quickly as possible to get as many chances at named drops as you can. Some people get it early, others it takes 20 hours (like me).
