Got it from elite monkey next to Tribunal Ice Mammoth (Gladiator) with T5 Artemis Pot, regular luck (Major Luck Trophy + Satchel 2.9% x 3)

Dropped at Tribunal Highmound on a random elite trash mob (where Torug spawns) after farming for ~1 hour while using a T5 Artemis pot and ~21% luck.
Farmed for over 30 hours using T4 potions previously (m3 savage divide, tribunal highmound, elafry pyrgo) with no success. While I haven't found any reliable data confirming that it drops exclusively while using T5 potions, your best bet would be to use those.
Shows as upgradable at the kiln.

I saw a youtube comment stating that you can get this ring only with Tier 5 potion. The guy says that each tier of potion adds more unique drops to the loot table. And this ring requires 5th tier. Can anybody confirm this? I've been actively grinding Scalefang Enclave for about 6H as ReddRubicon suggested but only used tier 2 potion, the ring didn't drop.

I've been farming this at Scalefang Enclave in Elysian Wilds, you can make a good route in there and include two of the named enemies. You got a few spore pod mists there and you can also get the loot buff from taking down the tangled vine doors too. After drinking the potion you need to run into the mist or take down those doors every 2 mins to activate the buff. I still haven't gotten this ring, but I got the Rhinestone earring which you can only get using the same method.

Original(01/01/2025): Just got it to drop on Rosa (NA-East) today with a Tier5 Artemis Boon Potion and all luck gear (2.9% armor, all pearls, and minor look luck trophies) at Kurok's Anchorage. After hours of trial and error, I believe some of the drops might be bound by mob type. I would recommend trying to kill gorilla mobs to get this to drop! Good luck and happy hunting!
Update(01/09/2025): I just got a second ring to drop from a Lowland Gorilla south of Kurok's Anchorage. After this verification, and hours of farming other areas like Scalefang Enclave and Elafry Pyrgo, I firmly believe that Artemis Boon drops are mob specific for the item; with this ring dropping from Gorillas! Good luck farming and let me know if anyone else can further confirm this, or I just happened to get lucky twice in a row.
