Nothing in this game has triggered me more than not being able to get this page, please AGS I beg, fix this bug I really don’t think it’s too much to ask for.

It's absolutely wild to me how beautiful the music tracks are and how surprisingly well done the rhythm game is, meanwhile the people in charge of the skill are just so inept at merging it with rpg elements (the flat skill experience, the bugged sheets, the pointless scarcity, the inverted instrument progression). probably not the right place to rant about this, but it's just actually astounding to me how time and time again AGS flounders their (probably expensive) assets.
the music skill is like a mona lisa hung up in a junkyard. such a 🤬ing joke. what a waste.
actually done caring about it. they don't deserve it.

Upon checking this issue further, the devs team have concluded that Pages 1 & 3 were setup properly, but page 2 was not added to the appropriate loot bucket.
It is now setup correctly in the testing build to drop from any level 25 mob (as long as the player is also level 25 or above)
Currently we don’t have any ETA on this fix but its expected to be available in the next patch update of the game.

Its a new day there seems to be a lot of bell talk around cutlass keys, specifically with the HU quest and how he used to play bells. My working theory is it only spawns off a wormsong, and possibly in one of the bridges.
You might be on to something, perhaps you have to fight mobs on the bridges in cutlasses, and that’s the only place it spawns.
My guess is it comes from one of the pirates on the bridge in 3 three bridges, or that it comes from the elite pirates chests in stone skull fort / or on those bridges.

@willy There are a few sheets where only one of the pages has a specific tag. Old bones 2/2, young king stanley 2/2 etc. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if 2/3 drops only from "insert Christmas event mob" like the yetis, or something.

Page 3 has been available on my server. If its Xmas related maybe its in the winter caves or POI with snow.
