A lot to unpack here. Currently, Squash Farmers has 8 pages. The map above has 15 red dots because this chapter had some pages moved to accommodate the new content introduced with Fresh Start. So which dots are correct? See below:
Page 1 is correct. It is in a house, part of the "Fong Family Orchard" point of interest on your in-game map. It is northeast of Terynon Keep.
Pages 2, 3, 4, and 5 have two dots each on this current map. Easy. All the dots in Terynon Keep are the correct current locations. The dot grouping slightly to the east of that are an older location. Stick to the Keep.
Pages 6, 7, and 8 also have two dots each on this current map. Easy. Stick to the dots located in and around Preiddeu Farms (also a point of interest on your in-game map). Those two dots further northeast next to the "e" in "Moonshade" are not the current location. Please note, the two red dots for Page 6 are both in the Preiddeu Farms area on this current map.... the one on the top is correct, the one on the center / bottom area is not.
Once I added checkmarks and X's to an altered map, I realized that all of the lore "floated west".

Squash Farmers used to house 9 pages at launch. Currently, it has 8 pages. A total of 2 pages were removed in that: 1 was removed entirely and another 1 was replaced (technically, "also removed").

Page 3 was: The Odd Tempest (this page was removed entirely)
Page 4 was: A Sudden Turn (which became the new Page 3)
Page 5 was: Undying Rot (which became the new Page 4)
Page 6 was: Running Away (which became the new Page 5)
Page 7 was: Brief Respite (which became the new Page 6)
Page 8 was: In the Shade of Farside (it was entirely removed and replaced by: Tenny's Kindness - which became the new Page 7)
Page 9 was: Last Judgement (which became the new Page 8)

Side note for any interested Completionist / Purist / Originalist ...all of the original pages used to carry an in-game description line in italics beneath the Page name. That extra description has been removed (due to the storyline and territory changes).
Original Pages 1-6 stated "Found in Tres Campos"
Original Page 7 stated "Found in Lakeside Farms"
Original Page 8 and 9 stated "Found in Farside Township"

If I subscribed to the superstitions of my kin, I would call it an ill omen. But there is no denying the grand spectacle it was. Found in Farside Township
Some of us have settled in the west side of the valley, naming the farm "Lakeside." We settled opposite of them to the east, naming our township "Farside". The crags and trees shroud that soil in a year-round shade. Though this would be detrimental to some crops, we've found these conditions perfect to grow a healthy rhubarb crop on this island. The Lakeside families shared with the Farside families a technique to hold back the blight: cleansing the tools we use with fire. May it help us survive the horrors of this island.
