Just a note that for this quest the trick to get the "Quest item" is to search the Sarcophagus/Tomb a second time after the initial loot. Essentially you are interacting with it 3 times.
Ie. Open Tomb & Kill Ghost -> Search tomb for loot -> Search again for quest item
