We're only gonna go over the less obvious steps required to complete the Restauração Verdejante quest, as all the others steps are clearly marked in-game.
How to Solve the Puzzle
You must rotate the Glyphs into the following order, from left to right: X P Ψ
Speak With Druid Acolyte Nessa
Head back to Nessa Harrower at the location indicated on the NPC page.
