Anyone know if this still drops after Ambusti Inferior was turned into non-elites? Same question for light chestpiece?

What are the odds of getting this to drop?

Farmed snipers for around 3-4 hours total to get this chest piece.
In luck gear I farmed for about 1/3 of the time and got no drops.
Without luck gear (With just 3x minor tropies and Rabbit's Foot) got this chest and 2x gloves.
